Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and packaging included.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at
sales@northernbot.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Securely pack the RMM1 and affix the RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or shipping error on our part.
Inspection and Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.If the product is approved for a refund, we will issue the refund using the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Warranty:
The RMM1 is backed by our 1-year limited warranty. For warranty claims, please refer to the warranty information on our website. A separate warranty document will be provided.
